Mainscreen Movie Night
Kirk loves beaming down to planets. I suspect the attractive women who are at the head of every formal delegation greeting party must have something to do with it. But there are times when he's forced into battle and there's a lot at stake - honor, Starfleet reputation, wooing the green ladies with his masculinity...
And in the course of it all, the aliens perceive some degree of sympathy and let the rest of the Enterprise crew watch it all on the main viewscreen. Don't you love it when the alien's presentation is so well-edited that the bridge crew ends up seeing how it all unfolds as if cameramen were down on the planet following the action while an editing room director calls the shots on which angle to switch to, complete with pans and zooms?
Break out the popcorn, our feature presentation begins...
